Every paper plate starts its life as carefully selected paperboard. This material is processed, cut and shaped using specialized machinery that forms it into a strong, smooth, round plate. After shaping, the plates are carefully stacked, counted and packed according to client requirements.
In our factory, each step is designed to ensure uniform size, clean edges and consistent weight. Quality checks are conducted throughout the production process. Only plates that meet standards are packed into bags of 100 pieces. These bags are then placed into cartons, 10 per carton, ready for shipping worldwide.
Once shipped, the journey continues across oceans to warehouses, stores, restaurants and finally, to the table. What might seem like an ordinary object has passed through a carefully managed process that links manufacturers, suppliers and customers in different parts of the world.
The next time someone holds a white paper plate, they are holding a small part of a much larger global connection.
